Our engineers have also improved the efficiency of the alternator. This optimized alternator cuts consumption by between one and two percent. An intelligent alternator control system utilizes a proportion of the braking energy to charge the battery, thereby reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by between two and three percentage points.
